Court is in Session
Topic: Good Reading
Telephone conversations with Meredith have come to a screeching halt since she got a job. That happens after college and all. However, I had to talk to her after hearing about the Scott Peterson sentencing because she had followed that story religiously. I find the whole thing interesting, and while I'm not saying he didn't it, I'm not convinced that he did do it. One thing is for sure: he had his day in court. The case had so much publicity that it was impossible for the attorneys not to painstakingly investigate.

Meredith has made me aware of a case that isn't quite so high profile, but even more interesting: the West Memphis Three. Meredith is right, she should have gone to law school.

2005 Bloggies
Topic: Good Reading
Haven't had much to post about. Maybe that's why I didn't win a Blog Award this year..... I'm not sure if it would have been awesome to be at SXSW for the awards or the awesome music. Regardless, this is always a good chance to find some new reading material.

I'm enjoying:

Tequila Mockingbird and Greek Tragedy.
